About Aquarium, Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep)

At a distance of 3 kilometers from the popular Elephant Beach in Havelock Island (now known as Swaraj Dweep officially), this dive site is a little offshore. It is good for beginners. A large group of colorful fishes can be spotted on the fringing reefs. The visibility of the water is quite clear here which is ideal to observe marine life in a relaxed way. If you are a scuba diving enthusiast, then exploring the depths of the Aquarium would be a great experience for you. you will be left awestruck with the splendid hard corals and vibrant fishes. The site is located southwest of Havelock Island.

The Aquarium is one of the best locations for scuba diving in the Andaman Islands if you are absolutely new to experiencing the underwater world. Its shallow waters have low currents and are home to many hard corals. Ranging from beginners to experts, this dive site promises a lot to all kinds of tourists. The visibility is also quite good here and that’s why one can easily spot everything.
